seriously though if you talk to me about how i don’t/shouldn’t have chronic pain and that my medications and stuff are ineffective for my fibro and that i don’t need meds, you’re obligated to pay me ten dollars immediately, and also, you’re obligated to let me punch you in the face.

i can’t count the number of times i’ve been told throughout life “you’re too young to have fibromyalgia!” that’s nice, i still have it dude.

same goes for “oh i don’t like to rely on medication for my pain”. that’s nice dude! i’m literally in “curl up and cry” levels of pain without my medications and magic!
