last night there was a crazy thunderstorm and I was sitting on the porch watching the rain and I got lonely. so I picked up sweet rei and brought her out on the porch to sit on my lap😭 I don't know if she liked it much but she loves to go outside when we don't want her out there so I thought i would give her a taste of hanging out outside on ourpose. I personally had a great time 10/10

having a cat who is sooo cuddly and being a photos person who dislikes when good things end without me documenting them is really not good for my google photos storage space. the compulsion to take a photo is so strong rn but I already have two other ones from like an hour ago

one of my mom's cats likes to hang out in her bathroom—mom's put a cat bed on top of the towel cabinet, so she just spends vast swaths of time curled up just above eye level. she's still fully visible if you look but she's sleeping a lot of the time or just quietly lying down, so it's very easy to walk into the bathroom to pee or whatever and then get jumpscared while you're On the toilet by Breathing Somewhere In Here before you remember it's just reigen. it's happened to me twice today already I feel ridiculous
