Letter to Santa!

Dear Santa!

I have a feeling we might have misunderstood each other a bit this year...

When I wrote to you that I dream of a present, I was thinking of just one because one would be more than enough....

When I wrote that if you could 'just drop it straight on me' while flying by my neighborhood on your sleigh, I was speaking metaphorically....

Nevertheless, I truly appreciate your gesture!

I also noticed that all the cookies I baked for you have disappeared which makes me very glad. I hope you shared them with your reindeers.

Lying here, I also thought to myself that maybe next year we could switch roles? I'll take over your duties for this one day only, fly around on the sleigh, and spread some gifts? Let me know what you think about this idea.

If anyone else is reading this letter and is curious about how I'm doing: I'm stuck and lying between boxes, figuring out a plan to get out of here. But it's quite comfortable, so maybe I'll lay here a bit longer and rest...

What are your favorite bands besides the Beatles? (I'm assuming they're one of your favorites, but I could be wrong about that)

(I also may have already asked you this, but I wasn't sure if you got my first one, so I got a little worried 😅)

Hi Santa! Welcome back. The Beatles are definitely my favorite and have been as long as I can remember. Led Zeppelin is my second favorite. Then Nirvana, Queen, the Bee Gees, The Carpenters and Pink Floyd are the other bands that I've a had a particular fascination with. Solo artists --Elvis, Elton John, Janis Joplin and Amy Winehouse are my favorites.
