Inventory is low in Santa Clarita just like Chatsworth as it’s low in Northridge. That means buyers are running over each other and being responded to in multiple offer form from the sellers who are in the sweet spot of real estate. I also spoke about the danger of hiring the same agent that the seller of the home you want to buy hired. I have received a lot of push back from other agents about this. I’m confident Canada and several states outlawing the practice of dual agency had similar reasons why I don’t love the idea.
