The landscapes and the color pallet of the west began to invade my thoughts. Mountain ranges became a group of simple lines and colors. A flower at sunset became a play of light on shapes. I began to create my own paint-by-number pieces by reducing the contours of the natural world into three-dimensional shapes of cardboard.
