A Christmas Horror Story is actually an anthology and honestly, I am a sucker for anthology movies. With anthologies, I find that I am able to enjoy at least a few of the stories and as long as I can enjoy one story, then the movie at least sticks out in my mind. One thing I really like is when all of the stories manage to intertwine together in the end, much like this movie. I have to be biased though, I REALLY do not like William Shatner, but I can however see past this for the stories in the movie. Through the whole film the only story I did not care for was the second one with the kid becoming a changeling or something along those lines. I don’t know but I do know I have never cared for body snatcher sort of stuff like that. The other stories have ghosts, Krampus, murder, and a mall Santa that goes completely nuts and just starts killing people off. That is stuff I like, but then again this is just my personal view on it!
