Tortilla

Listed on the menu proudly as the 1lb California. But I guess that most burritos are one pound, because it felt pretty par for the course. It was flaky though.

Meat

The grease may have been coming from the fries, but the meat tasted like that, too. Meat was wrapped around the fries but still made like a thrid of the bulk.

Ingredients

Fries, cheese, and pico de gallo. Pico was pretty heavy on the onion and cilantro and maybe something else. Cheese was fine but the thin, soft fries were the heaviest flavor.

Salsa

Neither of the four colors really distinguished themselves. Even the hot, wasn’t.

Other

A few years ago many of the Santana’s turned into MXNs. This one recently reverted back, but it still has much of the old branding inside and out. I don’t know the whole story now, but I’m sure the shop’s has remained almost perfectly the same as the corporate entities vied for ownership of certain blocs. This one is just fine with a cozy seating atrium at the residential portal to PB.
