A few weeks ago when in Los Angeles, I was able to visit Imperial Western Beer Company which is housed in the former Fred Harvey Restaurant in Los Angeles Union Station. This is the fourth Harvey House I have visited while researching my thesis about the Harvey Girls, and it is surreal to stand within the walls where these amazing women lived and worked.
