This antique engagement ring features a 1.49 carat old European cut diamond, I color and SI2 clarity, set in prongs. The dome-shaped openwork filigree mounting is set with single cut diamonds and ribbons of French cut sapphires. The total sapphire weight is approximately 0.32 carats. The additional diamonds weigh approximately 0.24 carats total. Hand-engravings adorn the shank. This ring was handcrafted during the Art Deco era, circa 1920.
