A deputy who’s retiring will often suggest a replacement to the leader, but it’s mostly the leader’s job to find the best successor.

sapphysruby: As far as I know, cats all communicate the same way, but they do have accents. Within the Redux, at least, a German cat and a French cat could totally have a conversation, but the accents would halt them some.
