VeronaHills, Interlude: Sorority (Uni)

Helen and Ida Juana both wanted to do Andy Bellum a solid by taking in Sara as their sister. Too bad she's totally nerdy and thinks even the campus library is too noisy, let alone a toga party! Is sorority life over?

StrangeSpot, Round Thirty Three: Knowe

Sara's pregnancy progresses while she and Dewey try to move forward from the loss of Hugh...

...And that's the end of round thirty three! Next round is the result of a spur-of-the-moment decision, but, hear me out:

Thirty in-game day time-skip, and mostly everyone who passed away during that time got to live their remaining days in peace completely unbothered by chaos and destruction caused by me, and everyone else has fled Strangetown through a magical hole in the ground to a new neighbourhood.

StrangeSpot, Round Thirty Three: Kine Society

It seems Hugh Knowe got complacent in his elder stage, as Lacy easily fed him to his own former cowplant when he was fully aware of the dangers after the dormies it ate at uni. Lacy then had the audacity to invite Sara over and offer a cure for lycanthropy.

Sara: "Yeah, no. This isn't my first cowplant rodeo. Also, my husband is missing and this is extremely suspicious timing."

Lacy ushered Sara out and received a visit from Matthew Bratford, who actually really wanted a cure. Perfect timing! She was more than happy to help. (He didn't need to know he was drinking a former classmate).

Twins Shade and Velvet grow up into the child stage, and look nearly identical, bar Velvet inheriting Lacy's brow shape.

StrangeSpot, Round Thirty Two: Knowe

Butterflies spawn in the basement kitchen/bar area because it's technically outdoors and it's very pretty.

Hugh is an elder. He and Sara are utterly smitten with each other and always will be. The aforementioned kitchenette lacks a lot of cooking space due to being a stylised hideout, so they live on wine and cheese platters. Fine by them!

Sara gets unintentionally abducted by aliens. She decides to keep the baby because ~science~. She's switching to grape juice for the aforementioned platters, of course.

StrangeSpot, Round Thirty One: Knowe

Poor Dewey - his aspiration is constantly in the red because he hates the howling of his parents. (I've also got a glitch happening with the werewolf overlay for teens - their face doesn't get the fur etc. Let's pretend Dewey's shaving his face or something, lol. Or he's a weaker iteration of a werewolf.) He gets good luck during the day: patting the skunk without getting sprayed!

Dewey finds living next to the Wright Stones inspiring but his parents barely seem to notice their majesty! Town tragedies have lessened their thirst for knowledge; donating their cowplant to the dairy farm was the last straw. What can Dewey do?

StrangeSpot, Round Twenty Nine: Knowe

Dewey is a teen and he looks so much like his dad, with a dash of goofiness from also being raised by his aunt. Good thing too, because the neighbourhood has officially lost its comic relief with Ida Juana catching the mysterious disease. Dewey's got big shoes to fill - but there's still time for him to be approached in a shady alley and offered a role in a bank heist yet!

Hugh and Sara are too busy being turned into werewolves by their old friend Cliff Notes to despair over the family loss. They continue to busy themselves by sharing the gift with their son, and turning some random passerbys into werewolves as well. Helen Wheels wears her new fur gracefully (like she does most things) but DJ Verse is distraught. She didn't come to Strangetown to become weird!

StrangeSpot, Round Twenty Seven: Knowe

Ida Juana hunts for bugs on the property and gets intermittently chased by bees. Still, it's worth it to be on the way to completing her collection! Meanwhile, Sara invites her colleague Hi over to show off how smitten she and Hugh are. Hi is blissfully unaware that his frat brother Andy was eaten by their cowplant... hopefully he never finds their secret yard and connects the dots! That would make work very awkward.

Dewey likes his teddy bear and doesn't mind doing his homework. Other than that, I can't get a good read on him. He didn't bring any friends home from school this round so I hope he's doing okay, lol.

Gunnar Roque walks by, gets talking to Ida Juana, and pulls her aside to offer her a job as a getaway driver. She graciously accepts. She doesn't know what the job entails exactly, but maybe she won't get fired this time!
