cat babes are stuck in separate rooms while mom is busy stripping and sealing the first floor concrete with chemicals c: it's nice to see them comfy beside each other

there are definitely days that are devoid of clients. today I washed a total of 2 Basset hounds and then decided to deep clean the kennels while Meghan, a Groom Salon Leader, cleaned the stylist stations. now im reading a textbook.

it's bittersweet that Frederick finally got adopted. I've decided not to visit the shelter cats anymore so I don't grow fond of any of them and feel this heartbreak. if I had the money, space and lifestyle, I would have taken him as soon as we met.

wondering about vegan versions for popular candy bars...

that's Taylor, a Groom Salon Apprentice with a naked dog. I still haven't gotten a picture that does the amount of hair that happens in the salon justice. my deep clean today has gotten dust and hair into my every crevice and a little down my bra :(

me lookin all non-binary with my lovely ex-college roommate Sarah. she came to the beach and we had dinner and walked to and at Brownies beach ♡ Dad cornered us for a picture and Sarah surprised me with how close she got and how quickly she did *stomach flutter* ???

baby mustang must have realized I've got her comfort in mind and she's left the fly mask on for a week straight. every summer I've had her, she's gotten it off and got it ripped up 😐

I was getting my shoes on beside the car and plop. what chance to have landed on my arm but some bird poop, I think. seriously tho, there weren't any birds around the sky. I wonder how far up the bird was and how long the poo was falling. cuz you know, that's the stuff you gotta wonder about. unless you're bored and good at math and know your bird species.
