Yesterday was a special sunday in Paris: many galleries followed the event "Un dimanche à la galerie" and had their opening. I was able to do the private view of @galeriedaend last week already. Every year, they celebrate the return from summer break with a great Wunderkammer-like cabinet show. This year, Quynh Saikusa, the owner, has done the best cabinet show ever: intriguing and sexy, the artists works seemed to respond to each other. My special darlings were @satoshisaikusa with his beautiful selfportraits of parts of his head painted in black, of course @kimkototamalune with an incredible glasssculpture representing the heart of a fetus, my darling @tolmachevn with his naughty watercolour etches, the wonderful @sarahjerome with an installation of a ceramic garden, and to crown it all: How to the art scene rascal with several great video art pieces : the figure of his muse Marcel went ghostlike over and inside the artworks of the other artists, it is absolutely brilliant! And so have to give a special mention to an artist very dear to me: @marioncatusse who works with such delicate material as minerals, gold, broken glass. Her tiny sculptures were indeed Milos favorites. For him, it was a hen with dinosaurs. In the end he didn't want to leave = kids love art 😉! A great show to be discovered under any circumstances!
