unfortunately i didn’t really have that great of a reading year (i have to do books i read in 2015 rather than 2015 releases bc i don’t think i read that many 2015 releases oop) (anyway)

BOOKS

5. the shoebox project lmfao (it’s not a book but it’s as long as like 2 whole books so i’m Counting it. it totally changed the way i view the harry potter universe Forever)

4. The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley by Shaun David Hutchinson (helped me through a Hard Time TM and the author was very nice to me )

3. The Posterchildren by Kitty Burroughs (i’m just like never going to stop talking about it unfollow me now etc etc)

2. Because You’ll Never Meet Me by Leah Thomas  (very GOOD stuff)

1. Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz (not to be fake deep but this book somehow retroactively changed my life) (in that i think if i had read it as a Teen TM it would have actively changed my life, but as an adult i still somehow feel the phantom tingles of my life being change)

wow all of those were gay af. 2015 was doubleplus unstraight indeed

16) Do you have a collection of anything?: ooh, ah, besides an enormous amount of UD make up and topshop nail varnishes, erm... i have loads of...books that are series’ so sort of?? ooh! converses! yes! i have collected about...hmm 7, 8 pairs over the years? erm. at one point i had quite a lot of rock/metal band merch. i was definitely a ‘collector’ when i was younger, strangely, but not so much anymore. i used to collect barbies when i was like 4, but only for the aesthetic value, i never actually played with them lol

20) Do you believe in ghosts? How about Aliens: yes, I do! when i was about 10-12, i went through an obsession with horror movies and this show we have in the UK called most haunted about a group of people who investigate allegedly haunted houses. i’m much more of a cynic now, but i saw so much stuff on that show (chairs lifting off the ground on their own, white shapes flitting across the camera, glasses smashing, beds moving, the sound of chains in the distance) that are totally inexplicable and the only scientific explanation for them was really flimsy and improbable. (also me and my sisters all reckon my house is slightly haunted.) yes to aliens as well.

58) You just got a free plane ticket to go anywhere. You have to depart right now. Where are you going to go?: Probably Paris. I have two friends currently staying there and their years abroad and i’ve always wanted to go.

yes i do it’s because i was scared i would be Let Down because the premise sounded too good but when I got Slasher Girls and Monster Boys and read the story she had in that (and the fact that she edited it)  I realized that there was No Way i would be let down
