I find it incredibly funny that there are two pairs of women in Arknights that have incredibly similar dynamics.

You've got Saria and Meteor, two women who are incredibly self-sacrificing to the point they can't even promise the people closest to them that they won't dive directly back into danger to save someone after sustaining life-threatening injuries. They've also got women (well, a girl in Meteor's case as they were kids) in their past that they were INCREDIBLY close to other than the women they're currently with. They've also both got an incident with fire that messed them up severely.

You've got Silence and Mina, both of whom are doctors and the ones who advise the women above not to do anything that could get them killed after said life-threatening injuries and generally the ones who stay behind in combat. And yes, Silence has had insane amounts of development, but she has three events and a manhua while Mina is a supporting character in two OpRecs.

AND they're both pairs of women taking care of an infected child, the process of which drew them far closer together.
