Rest In Peace

Sarsis just passed away. 

I don't know why. His tank was the right temp, he had the correct substrate (reptile carpet) in his tank and I made sure his crickets were dusted and gut loaded.

I had him for 3 years and loved him and gave everything I could for him. I don't know what illness took him, but at least he is not suffering any more. Thank you to everyone to gave me support.

Who's the one person you feel closest to?

umm well since this is on anon I’ll post this but I feel closest to my best friend Sarsi, even though we don’t really talk as much as we did I will always feel the closest to her. I don’t really think I’d be the same if I never met her. She’s also been through so much with me it’s hard not to feel like she’s the closest person to me. I even still remember our old conversations and role plays we did and I even remember this one time talking about how our children would end up together and we’d tease them so bad and how she wanted like 7 kids and I was like ‘lol nope not for me’ or something like that. So yeah, Sarsi is the one I feel closest to, even if we change and grow a bit distant it won’t change my feelings for her.

1) What movie made you cry?

Too many to count, I think the one that really made me cry was probably The Croods simply because of the relationship between Eep and Grug reminded me of the relationship between me and my own dad

2) What’s your nickname?

Oh god I have so many; Anna, Sempai, Shota, I sometimes call myself Destroyer because I destroy pretty much everything I try to do, I'm also called Becky when my friends feel like making me mad

3) Have you ever traveled overseas

Nope, I've only been in the USA, my dad has been everywhere though, due to his old job being in the Navy 

4) Where is your dream holiday location?

My dreamy holiday location? Probably the Akihabara (I think that's what it's called, correct me if I'm wrong) in Tokyo, or somewhere on a moutain I hiked up to (I love hiking so much)

5) What are you wearing right now?

My Pj's, a purple tanktop with multicolored stars on it and Elmo pj pants

6) What is the last thing you bought?

The last thing I bought with my own money was The Forest and RPG Maker VX ace during the Steam summer sale

I'm a member of Deviantart, facebook, and some gaming websites like Aeria games

I had it as something else previously I think (I don't remember lol) But I chose this because it's probably something I'd say

9) Outdoors or Indoors?

Depends on my feelings and who i'm with, usually indoors wins because of video games and not having to get dressed

Yeah they're pretty fun at times and I actually like how people seem interested in what I say or think

Gecko Update

I meant to make an update post sooner, but I have been ill and stuff has happened...

Anyway

Sarsis no longer has loose substrate in his tank. The bottom is lined with newspaper. He has a new hide and some tp tubes he can crawl on and through. He was not happy when I put him back in his tank after I cleaned it, but then again he never is. Lately he has just been hiding out in his moist hide and not coming out much. I still plan to get him tile, it's a matter of getting a ride to there. I am also on the look out for when the nearby pet shop does another One Dollar Per Gallon sale on their tanks so I can maybe get a 5 gal. tank for his crickets to be kept in. 

He is still alert and moving around when I take his out of his tank, so I am not too worried about illness. 

I will try to get pictures of his new set up soon. I just have to find batteries for the camera. 

Thank you again to those who donated to help him out. I would say me, but I don't get a single dime of that money, it all goes to helping him.
