Encounting problems with SAS
Hi everyone;
My SAS is causing me problems so I am unable to finish my assignements on time. I have tried to post my problem on the forum but I am still not on track. I have tried to
1) uninstall and then reinstall SAS
2) use SAS Webeditor
3) creat a new user and install SAS again.
None of these attemps gave me success. So I am still lacking behind. I get the following statement
libname mydata “/courses/u_coursera.org1/i_1006328/c_5333” access=readonly;
ERROR: The “ engine cannot be found.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
16
17 DATA new; set mydata.gapminder_pds;
ERROR: Libname MYDATA is not assigned.
and further down, I get:
25 PROC SORT; by COUNTRY;
ERROR: Variable COUNTRY not found.
I will probably just have to wait. I dont have that much time to experiment further as my Health Economics exam is coming.
I hoping everyone is doing fine.
Have a blessed Sunday.
Regards
lobster status
Those times you have to use your internet minutes to change your relationship status on facebook. We set our clocks ahead ANOTHER hour tonight, i'll never catch up on sleep. I've been super busy with school work, between marketing power points,and making flashcard for midterms, who knew time management would be an issue on the ship. Yesterday was laundry day though and all my work out clothes are in the wash, so thats a nice little break/ excuse to lay out all day :) It was BEAUTIFUL and so warm outside, everyone looks like a lobster but it was absolutely worth it. After classes I spent the afternoon laying out, reading "Burned Alive" an autobiography written by an honor burning survivor. All the readings for my Women's Rights class have been so interesting, I'm almost done with all nine books and we still have two months to go! That being said, it was another perfect day aboard the MV Explorer, and now I'm heading to our second "family dinner." We're a family of five SAS kids, our mom is the ship's psychologist and our dad is Ko, is an awesome RA. He was the trip leader when I went to Rio, and helped me out when I fainted so basically we're already family haha.
