11. What location do they dislike the most?

For Aoife, there are a number of places that hold unpleasant memories for her--her childhood village, now half-buried in snow; Eulmore (even after she deposed Vauthry and the Eulmorans changed their ways, she still can't stand it there); there are parts of Ul'dah she'd rather not return to--but the Vault probably takes the cake. For all the horrific places she's been throughout her journey, she had been able to find closure for most of them. Emet Selch's Amaurot, for example, has become a meditative place for her. Thanks to the Last Dregs, Ultima Thule fills her with hope rather than dread.

She's never quite come to terms with what happened at the Vault, nor does she have any desire to reclaim it. There are some hurts too deep to mend.

For T'zekh, it's Garlemald, for probably obvious reasons: he was the one Zenos kidnapped during In From the Cold. He was already worn down emotionally from dealing with brainwashed Garleans, but this was different. Nothing could have possibly prepared him for how violated and helpless he felt that night. Even now the sight of Garlemald's ruins or drifting snow gives him panic attacks. Even as the Ilsabard Contingent continues their work there, he's not in any hurry to go back.
