well.........

in the season 12 finale she had sex w/ eli and then the season ended ansd in season 13 he went to college in New York and long distance was really hard on both of them so they broke up and she had sex with Drew and then had to go to new york for a college interview and stayed with eli because there was nowhere else for her to stay because of a storm and then he confessed that he still loves her and then at the end of the episode she got a call saying she was pregnant

that's the short version and it sounds like a terrible fanfiction but that's what the show is like nowadays
