Depending on the program you're using you can layer the first picture over the new one and turn the opacity down the trace over it, hide the first layer, and boom c: save it as new file type

yes but there are 14 frames and I made the size too big and the file type is too big along with that this idea was destined for the trash i shouldnt make gifs :PP
