Indonesian Seafood Mee Goreng is a flavorful and aromatic stir-fried noodle dish packed with a variety of seafood, aromatic spices, and sauces. It's a popular street food in Indonesia known for its bold flavors and satisfying textures.
Ingredients: 200g egg noodles. 150g mixed seafood shrimp, squid, mussels. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small onion, sliced. 1 red chili, sliced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce kecap manis. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon shrimp paste terasi. 1 egg. Handful of bean sprouts. Spring onions, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Following the directions on the package, cook the egg noodles. Once done, drain them and set them aside. Put vegetable oil in a wok or large pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Chop up some garlic, slice some onion, and add some chili. Fry until it smells good. Put different kinds of seafood in the wok and cook them until they're almost done. Add an egg to the middle of the wok and scramble it. Move the seafood to the side of the wok. After adding the cooked egg noodles to the wok, mix the egg with the seafood. Add oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and shrimp paste. Mix things together well. Put the bean sprouts in the wok and mix everything together until it's all hot. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped spring onions. Have fun with your Indonesian seafood fried rice!
