Oh no. His LSAT scores. Taking the envelope from his mother, Satoshi swallowed hard as he stared at the envelope. This was it. If he didn’t get a good score on this, he could kiss his chances at Yale good bye.

With shaky hands, Satoshi began to open the envelope. What seemed like an eternity, Satoshi finally opened the envelope. Pulling out the various papers, he swallowed when he found the score page.

Looking at it, Satoshi’s eyes widened as he slipped off the bed onto his feet.
“Well?” his mother asked.
Satoshi turned to his mother, holding up the paper. “Highest score you can get is a 180, right? I got a 178.”
“Did you?!” Satsuki walked forward, looking at the paper. “Oh, Toshi-chan! I am so, so happy for you!!! Oh, I cannot until we tell your father!”
She pressed a kiss to his cheek. “I’m going to run out and get you a cake, okay?! J-Just wait right here!!”
