A Saturday with Dr. Sloan

Much of what you’ll read here is rumor, so take everything with a grain of salt.

But, supposedly, you’ll spot Dr. Sloan at the Danton farmer’s market every Saturday morning. It’s been gossiped that she has a predilection for artisanal cheeses, honey, and jams. One resident even spotted her carrying what looked like a large loaf of freshly-baked bread back to her car...

What she does in her afternoons is unknown. A couple residents have maybe seen her at some out-of-the-way restaurants in Danton for dinner, but they’ve never been close enough to confirm that it’s actually her. 

Is that Dr. Grey and Dr. Sloan drinking some beers at Welly’s Dive? Their table is impenetrable, so most people leave them alone...

A Saturday with Dr. Grey

Oops, forgot to post this yesterday...schedule for character-themed posts will be shifted by one day. My bad, haha!

On Saturdays, you’ll see Dr. Grey taking a jog at the crack of dawn (like he does on his weekdays). His favorite route takes him over the Danton Bridge, so he can get a good view of the Danton River and the city. After a shower, you’ll find him eating breakfast at Shelly’s Diner and chatting with some locals who’ve known him since...well, before he was the Dr. Grey. In the afternoon, you’ll probably see him running some errands (nothing terribly exciting, as he would say). He likes cooking a nice dinner for himself on Saturdays, since it’s the only day of the week where he actually has a reasonable amount of time. Rumor has it you might see Dr. Grey and Dr. Sloan drinking beers at an out-of-the-way bar some Saturday nights...but, maybe that’s just gossip.

A Saturday with Jean

Last (but definitely not least)!

If Jean’s not working on Saturdays, they’ll let themselves sleep in until 8 a.m./9 a.m. You’ll probably spot them later in the morning grabbing a coffee and a pastry from a local coffee shop (Jean supports small businesses!). In the afternoon, if Jean’s not busy running errands, they like taking a walk around Danton while listening to one of their favorite podcasts. Depending on how sociable Jean’s feeling, I can see them either having a quiet night in and catching up on some TV shows or going out with Eli and some other medicine interns to a bar. And, if Jean’s had a particularly hard week, you might see them getting pretty lit at a Danton Towers resident party...

A Saturday with Eli

Let’s be honest here, if Eli has a Saturday off, they’re not getting up until 10 a.m./11 a.m. They usually get brunch with the MC, either at a restaurant or they’ll make something at home (Eli makes killer French toast). In the afternoon, they usually have a huge family Facetime with their parents and their siblings. In the evening/night, you’ll probably find Eli hanging out with their friends (either getting dinner, drinking at a bar, having a game-night, watching a TV show, etc.) but they’re not opposed (beyond not opposed) to having a quiet night in with the MC either. Occasionally, you might catch Eli and the MC going on a late-night food run.

A Saturday with Davy

Davy likes sleeping in on Saturdays...which means waking up at 6:30 a.m. instead of 4:30 a.m. In the morning, you might catch them cycling around Danton. In the afternoon, you’ll probably see them shopping at Whole Foods. At night, you’ll probably spot them at a bar with some other surgery residents...or playing beer pong at one of the infamous Danton Tower resident parties.
