Yeah! My first track race in about 20 years today at @saul_yleisurheilu_sm and I would climb to the highest podium in women 40 age group! Second was Anu Pitkänen and third Pia Siltala. My Final time 40:52,17. Race in short: Started too fast, died on the way. 😫 Still happy, this was now tested and Yes, it is now proven, I don’t know how to run 10K on the track and I couldn’t match the start with the last kilometers today. 🤗 Ran one lap too much —> time was fixed after race. This caused some extra seconds but hey, maybe next year!I am quite happy with my time today even though the run was stupid and unwise.
