Don't beat yourself up. It happens! We all have our days when everything is a ton harder and it's alright. You'll be okay. Please do your best to at least drink some water, if you can't eat something right now. Eat something small, and just try to breathe. Don't beat yourself up about this, though, alright? You are not a shithole. You're just human! Shit happens, y'know? The best thing to do is to drink some water, get something to eat, and breathe :)
