To everyone angry that Charming STILL hasn't told Snow about the poison:

As frustrating as it is from a viewer's standpoint, I think keeping it a secret is a very natural and characteristic move by him in light of the situation. He knows his wife. He knows that once SHE knows, regardless of her concern for Henry, she is going to try and find a cure, and probably so would Emma. Hook would join in for Emma's sake, and Regina would just have to go along. Charming doesn't want ANYTHING to distract from saving Henry. And even if they DIDN'T try and find a cure along with finding Henry, Charming knows Snow's worry might slow everyone down. He believes there is no hope, and he'd rather just spend his last moments being there for his family as best he can. I think it is a very "dad" thing to do. He's putting his grandson, and in a way his daughter, before even his wife. Maybe it's not the best idea, but he's doing the best he can.
