How do I improve the educational system in rural areas?
Girls’ education is better than that of girls who go to school. It is also about ensuring that the girl feels safe in education and school; have the opportunity to complete all levels of education to acquire the knowledge and skills to compete in the job market; learn the social-emotional and life skills necessary to navigate and adapt to a changing world; make decisions about her life; and contribute to their communities and the world. Savedaughters - Based on my experience and belonging to rural area I want to try.
Step to Improve quality of Education in Rural Areas
Here are the Steps to Improve Quality of Education in Rural Areas:-
This is one of the most important issues for tutors and school management, and it is also the biggest obstacle to education in poverty -rural areas. I will try to suggest some methods that can be used to raise funds.
The education of girls in our country suffers from many serious problems. The first and main problem is the problem of waste and stagnation. Efforts to provide girls with education, especially at the primary level, have largely failed.
University administration department should track past students history and try to raise funds or indirectly help from renowned students. I’m pretty sure this will help. Organize sports competitions and events and award ceremonies for the winners. This should continue in normal practice.
It will motivate the students and enable them to deliver motivational speeches, share their knowledge and provide career prospects to eminent people or professionals in their field (public officials, doctors, engineers, professors, leaders, graduate faculty, if any). will invite you to.
This will help directly or indirectly. If possible, students can participate in small scale production activities part time (according to their capacity) for 1–2 hours every day, which can be done in the school itself.
Employment Skills and Education:
Savedaughters - In India, children in poor and underdeveloped areas cannot afford education for girl and they need to take care of their families as soon as possible. This is the main cause of child labor. Hence, it is best to provide them skill education as a core course similar to IT. Me, crafts, dairy products, woodworking, etc.
Under family pressure, they will have better stable employment options than basic jobs. Minimize baggage: In rural areas, students sometimes have to walk several miles to get to school.
Many schools force students to bring unnecessary books and copies just for the money. I think the focus should be on the curriculum, and students should be advised to bring only relevant learning material for the day.
Health and sports facilities:
Health and sports should be the responsibility of the school. Students should participate in physical activities (track and field and yoga) for at least 30 minutes to the best of their ability. This will keep them fresh and energetic throughout the day.
Promotional activities on health and environment should be done once in a month.
Apart from regular teaching, the teaching staff should be aware of the latest innovations and developments in their teaching field. Whenever such news comes in front of us, we should pass it on to the students. It looks very attractive and keeps resonating in our mind for a long time.
Student Competitions and Scholarship Programs:
State or regional authorities must organize scholarship contests for students to provide additional support for deserving students. School management should also pay attention to these to provide better future to the students.
Appropriate toilets and sanitary facilities:
Everyone knows that “in a healthy body is a healthy mind”. It is important to have a good bathroom and a clean environment near the school, especially for girls it is difficult to survive without these. ‘
Suppose there are 2 or 3 villages sharing a school. You can promote different products in schools, hospitals, big stores and raise a lot of money. Many companies promote the products in the village.
It is better to stop them from asking for money than to put up posters on school walls and well-known public places. Ask the legislator, MP or head of state in your area to help organize your students.
