The region of Zuid-Limburg is awash with things to do, especially if you enjoy being outdoors and wandering amongst nature. During last week, I loved walking through the Savelsbos, which is a beautiful protected forest close to Maastricht. This narrow forest contains a network of great hiking trails and a spectacular array of Wild Garlic, giving great colour to the forest floor.
