Beth had been at the hospital for a while now, keeping her head down and doing her best to just get through another day. It had been quiet for weeks. Beth knew that there was something strange about this place, how they lied about how she got here. They think she doesn’t notice how they sneak into patient’s rooms at night, how she can hear their muffled screams through the walls. It’s the middle of the night when there’s finally a noise she doesn’t recognize.

Beth slowly gets up out of her hospital bed and peers into the hallway to see a group of people she’s never seen before. Except for one. She recognizes him right away.

“Shane?” Beth calls out before she can stop herself.

The benefits that came with the job of recuting more people for Negan, were getting almost killed by other groups. But at least, he now had a reason to bother a pretty women with his shirtless presence.“Think I gonna be my good old self anywhere soon again?”
