I love this part! Oh this reminds me of the time I nearly fell down the stairs 'cause my night gown was too long. Can you believe that? Of course, I didn't fall 'cause there was a railing and I caught on and- [she kept babbling about her past experiences, bouncing excitedly in her seat.]

She is very kind yes. She can be very stern and she is where I get my problems with intimidation, but she is the nicest woman you could ever meet
