Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 2 pounds total. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Fresh rosemary for garnish optional.
Instructions: Use salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme to season pork tenderloins. Blend honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic together in a small bowl using a whisk. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloins all the way through until they are golden brown. While the pork tenderloins are still hot, put them in the slow cooker. Make sure the pork is evenly covered with the balsamic glaze as you pour it over it. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Put the pork back in the slow cooker after taking it out. Let it rest for a few minutes, then cut it up. Pour the rest of the balsamic glaze from the slow cooker over the pork slices. Add fresh rosemary as a garnish if you want. The Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin goes well with rice, quinoa, or any other side dish you like. This slow cooker pork dish with a tasty balsamic glaze is easy to make and tastes great.
