Hello ! Can I ask for questions 22 and 24 for the OC×Canon ship ask please ? With Savvy !

Ooooh let's see ... She has several ships, let me pick her top three!

22. What is a way they are similar and a way they are different?

Cater - They're similar in that they're both very engaged in social media and they try to put up fronts that hide their emotions. The main difference between them is that Savvy is more willing to do things she doesn't want to/doesn't like to do if it means she'll get what she wants. She's more ambitious.

Kalim - They both love a good party and luxurious self-care! But Savvy is more studious and is better at focusing on things. She tried to help Kalim study, but she ended up being a big distraction for him.

Rook - These two are probably the most alike of all of Savvy's ships. They have a wide range of interests and hidden talents that can be surprising. Their main difference is that Rook is more willing to dive into action and make a plan when things go sour, whereas Savvy might be panicking.

24. What inside jokes do they have with each other?

Cater - They have so many injokes based on silly mistakes and typos they've made in texting each other. They may have their own ways of spelling certain words because of these.

Kalim - Calling each other silly nicknames and using cute reaction GIFs at each other, all the time.

Rook - Being in the same dorm, their injokes often come from the shared Pomefiore Experience (TM). However, Savvy learned pretty quickly that she couldn't joke about Vil to Rook.

OC Questions

What are your OC's minor fears?

Savvy's fears are mostly social. She really doesn't like it when she doesn't get to control how someone else sees her. Also, lizards.

If your OC could physically fight another character, who would it be and would they win?

Savvy has only been in the occasional girly slap-fight, so this won't work well with any character. The one she WANTS to hit the most is Leona (and I have a future story where she does get a slap in on that cat) but she knows she couldn't take him in a fight. I don't see her being a physical match for anyone in the main cast.

What does your OC think of the Ramshackle ghosts?

She's never been to Ramshackle, but ghosts are perfectly normal for her. Her mansion back home has both ghost and living servants, after all.

What is your OC's best class?

Paul's best class in Animal Linguistics. He was already able to speak a few sea-creature languages before arriving at NRC, so now he has to get caught up on land creatures. He's taken to it pretty well.

Do they trust Crowley?

Poor, sweet Paul. Of course he does. He's the headmage, right? There's no reason for him not to trust the headmage.

What chapter does your OC get the most personal character development?

I would say Book 3, which makes sense because it's the one focused on Paul's own dorm. He ran and hid at the first sign of trouble when Azul started to head towards overblotting. He was kind of embarrassed about that, and wants to become stronger and braver. That's the moment where he decided to work towards that.

86. What subject do they know a lot about that they assume everyone else also knows about?

92. What candy are they always throwing in the trash on Halloween?

96. Can they open a tightly stuck jar on their own? Without breaking it?

Silly OC Asks

86. Both of these girls are yappers when it comes to their special little interests! They could go on and on if you let them. Savvy will be happy to tell you all about cosmetics - not only what's new and trending, but about ingredients, how the ingredients are sourced and processed, marketing, and so on. She's often met with a blank stare when she brings up something she assumed the other person knew - this comes from growing up in a cosmetics company family, I suppose! She can also be like this about plants, but there are more people at NRC who are plant nerds I'm guessing.

As far as Juni goes, like all coyote kids, she was taught how to use the night sky to navigate and tell time out in the desert. When someone else can't do that, she's genuinely shocked. Like. How do you survive. She might even ask them that, but only in a joking manner. Yes, she knows about watches.

92. Don't give Savvy any really chewy/sticky taffy! She hates having to work hard at it, it's so bad for the teeth and it can get stuck in them, and that's so not cute ...

Juniper is throwing out anything with mint in it. Bleh.

96. Savvy can if she has access to a butter knife or something else she can shimmy under the lid to pop the seal open.

Juniper ... can, but she has also broken some in the past due to her impatience.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAVVERS!!!"

Joker swung open the door of the Pomefiore lounge, cheering as she approached the birthday girl. She held a bag tied with a sparkling red ribbon in her hands, and had a wide grin on her face. Right behind her, her twin brother Punch followed, looking a little sheepish as he carried a white box tied with red and white twine as he echoed his sister's sentiments.

"Hope it's a wonderful day, Savvy. Happy Birthday," he said, putting the box down onto a table.

"I'm so excited, Savvy! You look soooo cute today, too. Pun and I made you some cannoli for later, hope you like it!!" Joker handed the bag to Savvy, giggling. "And here's something else a little special!!" Inside the bag, there was a soft pink beret and matching wrist warmers. "I knitted these for you; it's still gonna be cold for a while, so I hope you get some use out of these!"

"And we were thinking," Punch added, "maybe we can take you out after the party for some karaoke? You'd be back by curfew," he said, looking sideways at Vil. "No bad behavior. Promise!"

"We're gonna have a great time. Just like my bestie deserves!" Joker cheered, and gave her friend a tight hug.

"Joker! Punch!!" Savvy jumped up from her chair and hurried over to greet the Carder twins. She gave Joker a great big hug, and offered one to Punch, too. He seemed a little shy, though, so she didn't insist upon it.

"It's been a lovely day so far, I've been getting spoiled left and right! And now cannoli? This is the best day ever already." Savvy giggled. She accepted the bag from Joker and carefully opened it.

"Ohhhh, look at these!" Savvy slipped on the wrist warmers and marveled at Joker's handiwork. "They're so soft and pretty ... these are going to be great for winter! And the beret is so adorable, too - you did great!"

Savvy offered Joker another hug, then perked up when Punch mentioned karaoke. "Really?? Where are we going? You know, I've been meaning to check out this one place with the little rooms ..."

Savvy glanced over at Vil, her turn to be a little sheepish. "I ... of course, after the party is over and everything." She cleared her throat and smoothed down her jacket. "Thank you, Joker, Punch, this is all too much! Have some cake, won't you?"

In the bustle of the party, a small blue-haired girl came up to Savvy with a neatly wrapped package:

"Happy Birthday, Savvy! I-I made this for you!"

Amelia was nervous and almost bolted but stayed put and watched her open it. It was a casual dress with a corset bodice and a pink floral pattern. Underneath was a handmade card in the Victorian style with Happy Birthday Wishes!

"I hope you like it!"

"Ohhhh, hi there, Amelia! I'm so glad you came to the party!" Savvy did her best to use a calm tone of voice so that the uneasy girl wouldn't get too nervous. She'd had practice with Joker's roommate, after all.

Savvy carefully opened the box and gasped at the lovely dress inside. "You ... made this?" She pulled the dress out and held it up against her. "Amelia, this is gorgeous! I'll make sure to wear it as soon as it gets warm. You're really talented at sewing, wow!"

She gently packs the dress back into the box, careful not to rumple it.

"You'll stay for a bit, won't you? Here, let me get you some punch."

Savvy began to guide Amelia over to the snack table, where there were fewer people at the moment and it was less noisy.

Translation: Happy Birthday Savvy I love your flowers and hair. I got you Vincent for your birthday so you can marry them. I hope you get ice cream. :3

Savvy smiles sweetly when Chewy hands her the note, but her smile grows a little tense as she reads it. She's trying not to laugh, glancing up at Vincent who just looks ... tired. She bites her lip and crouches down to Chewy's level, opening her arms for a hug if the little one will accept.

"Aw, darlin', you're just so sweet to think of me like that. But I think today, all I'm gonna ask for is ice cream. I'm sure we can find some for us to have, okay? Let's go to the kitchen and look for it."

OK first of all *holds your face gently* there is NEVER so much of a thing as too many questions, I'm trying to get back to interacting with folks so I'm so happy you sent these in ;w; *pat pat*

Violetta

Violetta's least favorite dorm chore is tending the flamingoes. Flamingoes are fast and excitable and big and they like to nip at her apron and untie it!!! They won't be patient when she's trying to feed them. She's been knocked into the pond at least once.

Violetta's still a freshman, so she's only memorized about 200 rules so far. She does her best to follow them all! But she once invited Nana to an unbirthday party and got in trouble for bringing a cat to a formal affair. :c

Sparky

Sparky never finds out about Idia's UM - or at least, he hasn't yet. He figures that Idia is keeping it a secret like ... well, just about everything else about himself.

Sparky was SO happy to see Ortho again, and as a full student besides! He's so proud of the lil man, and encourages him to try out things he's curious about. Ortho has a supportive big bro figure in Sparky for sure. (Yes, he knows he's not his actual big bro, but Sparky's been the little bro all his life. Cut him some slack.)

Sparky's favorite media would be some kind of weapon-heavy MMORPG. Something where he can run around shooting with his online pals and have a good old time. I know nothing about those. Please, gamers, assign Sparky some games.

Savvy

I'm not that familiar with DnD, but if I had to assign Savvy a class, her personality fits best with a Bard. She'd rather be a princess, though. Princesses can be bards ...

Vil has absolutely given Savvy a makeover before. In this story I wrote a long while back, he goes over the colors of the clothes she wears and picks out ones that suit her much better. This sort of thing happens now and then. She perceives it as him "picking on" her at first, but that's only because he doesn't want her coasting on what charm and skill she already has. She learns soon enough that it's rewarding to work to improve oneself.

Savvy is the kind of girl who has a perfume for every occasion, but if I had to assign a scent to her, it would be magnolia.
