Aight I saw the thing about Ollie and Poppy in the last thing so I’m making a list of who’d be swapped with who. I’m just doing like the major characters:

Kit swaps with Harley/The Doctor

To make sure the lore doesn’t change too much, Ollie/The Prototype swaps with Poppy

Poppy is known as “The Roots,” cause it goes with the whole flower theme and that she’s like “the root of all the problems” for Harley

Huggy swaps with Kissy

Mommy LongLegs swaps with Lily (keeps the motif of only being used in 1 chapter + the whole “long hair/limbs thing. Mommy’s new name is like “Mimi LongLegs” and maybe more like gymnastics themed(?)

This one idek on, maybe CatNap and Doey switch?

Justin swaps with Leith

This is just throwing stuff at the fan, but maybe DogDay and Giblet swap?

About the swap au

I just imagined : what if Og Kit and Swap Harley met?

I feel like they would work together but reluctantly since the version they know of each other is a psycopath
