Last week, I was trying to figure out a new method on how can I increase the transient gene expression in my dear plants using 2cc syringe. I was very worried because the needle is to big for the petioles, midribs, and veins of the leaves. So aside from those parts, I also tried to infiltrate it in the stem. Despite the stress, I was very glad that my plants recuperated, and grew healthier again. Today I spent my whole Sunday harvesting, and analyzing some data. Even it's already 12am, I'm capping off my lab works with a big smile. I can finally go home! Who wants to drink with me?
