I'm rewatching watching dbz and again I'm reminded of Raditz and how they killed him of in like 5 episodes even tho he's the main character brother and low key wasn't even that bad compared to other villains in the future meaning it would have been pretty easy to redeem.
But who knows now with Goku really stepping in into being a saiyan and remembering his parents (which in the beginning of dbz he didn't accept being a saiyan let alone being related to Raditz) he could possibly want to have another chat with his big brother?
