#cooking #dinner #glutenfree #saynogmo Dïńñêr Tîmë 🍴 ingredients: grilled white chicken breast (seasoned with NO sugars added to seasonings*trust me CHECK your steak seasonings,Garlic seasonings...it's there) I didn't use oil I hate using oil so I used the organic butter with no salt added as my oil cook it, then I used non dairy milk because "i am Not🚫a cow 🐄❌" and dairy causes inflammation in your respiratory system(I'm already an asthmatic in Southern California don't need extra mucus in my airways) plus it makes anything you cook with it have a slight almond aroma smell it's pretty good... next I used💕#konjacnoodles sugar/fat/gluten/soy free plus 100%no calories/starches/carbs 🙌 not quite pasta flavor but if ur psycho like me💁🏻👑about carbs and breads and starches then this is a win because it gets you full like real noodles fulla sodium would💯 all in all healthier than that store bought box crap and it's practically vegan without the chicken but I got a kid and need it to be yummers(not that she loves veggies anyways but yeah🍽
