🚨GYM ETIQUETTE 101🚨 🚩A sports bra is not a shirt. Even when my abs are shredded I don't go girl commando. Gyms are dirty and open cuts or even scratches leave you vulnerable to infections. And it's gross. 🚩Jeans are not acceptable workout attire-especially cut off ones that show your "junk" when you bend over. Buttons and metal on jeans tear upholstery and not to mention they fall off when they stretch. Gross part deux when your sweaty junk touches seats others share with you. 🚩The gym is not a bar. Not only are you lowering your capacity to deliver oxygen to your poor choking cells you stink! Olfactory senses(smells) are heightened during exercise-I can smell you a mile away and third hand smoke is a real thing.
