Ten Commandments in schools
A Texas State law (SB 10) requiring public elementary and secondary schools to display the Ten Commandments went into effect 9/1/25. The display is required to be:
A poster or framed copy including only the text in Subsection c
A minimum of 16 x 20 inches
Schools without posters must accept donations meeting the requirements
May, but are not required to purchase the posters
