Environmental Hypocrisy on the Left
Environmental Hypocrisy on the Left #liberalism #environment #SB350 #KevinDeLeon #hypocrisy #JerryBrown
Wait in the car, keep the engine running, I’ll be right back. I love how you get the crazies on the environmental left who scream that the sky is falling, they try to get laws passed that hurt people, so long as they “save the planet”, but none of these people are really buying the crap they’re peddling. They’re not out there living off the land, they’re not producing zero emissions, they’re…

The state is caught up in a clash between oil and environmental interests, and the issues are so thorny that even Democratic leaders are on opposing sides.
To protect the environment & air we breathe, we have to move forward with clean energy & sustainable solutions. http://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov
Fellow Californians! Take a minute and let the state legislators know that you support SB 350 and SB 32. The decision will be made in the next week, and will impact the future of our state. The oil industry is shaking in their boots and fighting this tooth and nail, so stand up and let yourself be heard!
SB 350 needs to be amended.
SB 350 which is being proposed in the state legislature will be very destructive to working families and small businesses who are trying to stay alive in our state. Rationing gasoline is a very absurd idea where we take our current environmental policy on overdrive to make our 3 dollar gasoline to rise up to 5 dollars plus.
Assembly Districts 47, 52 and Senate District 20 are working class districts. I find it ironic that our legislators in these districts want to slice of the noses of their constituents for the utopian environmental policies they want to advocate.
I know it is unlikely that the three legislators in those districts will not oppose SB 350, but they need to amend SB 350 to add mass transit funding so people would have an alternative to driving. Foothill Transit and Omnitrans in our region would need to be expanded to provide an alternative for people to escape the high gas prices.
