If it makes you feel any better she hangs out with the Red Cross nurses a lot. Kidd and Croz and Blakely too. And Chick goes on calling her 'meatball' with love. But it's mainly the nurses i.e. Tatty and Helen etc, obviously not Dot. When she loses it around Dot one time Tatty basically imposes a restraining order and says she doesn't want Dot getting close to her anymore --- just in the interests of keeping everything calm on base, you understand. She and Helen don't know what went on, but they are suspicious.
The nurses are a little disconcerted by Alice --- they can't help it --- but they're mostly good at hiding it. Tatty especially is good at muscling down her little jumps and shudders; Helen doesn't always quite catch her reactions in time. Their daemons, once they've gotten over the better part of their fear, do try to talk to Alice and be close to her; but Alice is pretty withdrawn. All she's really looking for is someone to follow around; an occasional fetch-and-carry task.
Huh, maybe this won't make you feel any better actually...

This is for Wehrmacht Heer (Armed Forces Army). Luftwaffe number plates were WL and Kriegsmarine plates were WM for Wehrmacht Marine (Armed Forces Navy)
