Never gonna be over the fact that Lance is shown
1: Crying
2: Having a mental breakdown
3: Actually grieving a loss
4: Having an openly affectionate and loving relationship with his father and being able to talk openly with him and vise versa-
And it's never treated like a joke! None of that is a jab at Lance's masculinity. He never "brushes it off" because he's afraid of being weak in front of others. He has trauma and feels emotions and its treated with respect!
The only other cartoon from that decade I've seen do this is Cyberchase and I'm not over that!
