Welcome back!! I’d be curious to hear more about Finchwisp’s crush on Oscypek- what led to it/what sort of interactions have they had? Is it at all reciprocated or one-sided…
I’d also love to know more about Soltalon :’) does she have anyone in particular she’s become friends with since joining the clan?
Honestly, it's mostly just that she finds him really charming. It's not even that they're particularly close, it's moreso just a case of her like having a really big crush on that one cute guy at the fringes of her friend group. She initially related to him because of his devotion to his sibling, and felt for him because of all he'd been through, and it all just kind of built up from there :'D
As for Soltalon, she's relatively friendly with everyone, but she's been so stressed with her situation that she hasn't had the mental energy to make many close friends yet. That hasn't stopped Ms. Zero-Boundaries herself, Piperdapple, from wedging herself in there and becoming her pal whether she likes it or not, though! And while Soltalon can act a bit annoyed with her, she truly, deeply does appreciate her new bestie <3
