Enjoying my homemade makgeolli at MCA yesterday! Gave my new Korean hair and hat+veil combo a test run!
Had a photoshoot with a friend this past weekend! I purchased a jeonmo (전모) hat frame and threw a silk veil on top for these photos. This type of hat was used in Joseon along with a black veil by noble women to cover their faces when they went out. I’m using thin silk here since it’s what I’ve got but the veils were more opaque in period. I’m extremely thrilled by this photos and the frame! I can’t wait to use it at events.
