Sometimes I hear: "Drew is lucky to have you run the business" and "if I had a Maria, I'd be successful, too." 😌 Part of that is true; no-one can be successful ALONE. It takes more than one person to create a healthy, wealthy business. 💰💰💰 But the part that's not true: Drew isn't lucky to have me. (Well, he is, but not because of that! 😉 ) I don't work for free; I'm paid to manage the business. If he didn't have me, he'd have to hire someone else to do what I do. 🌟 You don't have to be married to the person who helps you - you could hire anyone (that's good at getting things done) to do the work. 🌟 No matter what business you're in, to get to the next level , you have to get help. One person cannot do everything. 🌟 If you're not at that level where you can afford to hire someone, then I recommend this: Focus first on creating PROFITABLE systems. Once you build a profitable business, then hire someone part time and let it grow from there. 🌟 Artists earning in the 6 figures and beyond have multiple people working for them. That's how they are able to scale their business. 🌟 Having an extra set of hands will increase sales; and that increase is what will pay the salary of your help.
