Mellie Grant: Mellie would hold out for a long time after an argument before conceding defeat. Of course, if she truly believed she wasn’t the one in the wrong, she’d wait it out until you came to her and apologized. After the apology, you’d both make promises to communicate better in the future, but probably repeat the cycle.

Olivia Pope: Olivia would just want to forget it ever happened. If it was something big that you argued over, she’d sit down and talk it out, but if it was something that didn’t matter so much, she’d go right back to pretending it never happened the day after.

Sally Langston: When you argue with Sally it takes a huge gesture for you both to get past it. You’d have to prove to her that you didn’t want things to end the way they did and she would forgive you if she trusted that you were sincere.

Mellie Grant: Someone would probably have to tell Mellie that you’d been pining after her. She was a busy woman and things like romance often escaped her notice. She’d be flattered of course and start thinking of you in her down time. Eventually she’d make a move on you when she figured out the best way to go about it.

Olivia Pope: It would take Olivia a little while to realize your feelings for her just because she often has too many other important things on her mind. She’d file the information away after she found out and surprise you by asking you out at random some point down the line when she didn’t want to be alone.

Sally Langston: Sally would most likely be told by someone closer to her than you were, and frankly she would be shocked. It would take her quite a while to come to terms with it, and even longer to figure out her own feelings for you. You’d have to take things slow for a while when she eventually came around.
