Must‘ve been two feet taller than me, easy. Everything happened so fast. It took a swing with the biggest clawed hand I ever saw and scratched the hell out of my chest. The pain was something and I’m sure that’s why I passed out. When I woke up I was tangled in some cypress trees and all my damn quail were gone.”

Cryptober day 20: Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp
Many theories have been presented in relation to the identity of Lizard Men, theories such as living dinosaurs, and even offshoots of evolution in which the reptilian hierarchy continued to evolve along the same path as early primates. At one point in time reptiles ruled the earth, it is not out of the realm of possibility that the most dominate species on the planet could continue to evolve in small numbers unseen by mankind. Although no reptilian species known to man have shown signs of such advanced evolution, the reptile is the oldest and most successful species on the planet and could hold secrets that have yet to come to light. In Lee County, South Carolina, a strange reptilian humanoid was reported on several accounts.
Creek Indian Legend
Creek were a Native American confederacy forming the largest division of the Muskhogean family, primarily in Alabama, Georgia and in South Carolina. They received their name form the English on account of the numerous streams in their country. According to Myths and Tales of the Southeastern Indians by John Reed Swanton in 1929, the Creek encountered a human sized lizard monster in the area.
The Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp is a 7ft. tall humanoid reptilian creature found in Lee County South Carolina. The Lizard Man is aggressive it even attacked a womans car and took a big bite out of the front of her car and left some DNA evidence on her car as well. The first sighting of the Lizard Man was in September of 1987 by Christopher Davis and there was even a man hunt and a $100,000 reward for its capture.
