Every time I think the Clone Wars animation style is old and tired, Lucasfilm gives me another reason to fall in love with it again.
One thing I’m super grateful for in the past decade or so of Star Wars is the amount of new lightsaber colors we’ve seen on screen. I know we had lots of unique colors like magenta and pink in legends, but showing any of this to a Star Wars fan in 1990 would BLOW THEIR MIND.
And I’m a sucker for any lightsaber color; they’re all so beautiful to me. Like some days I’m even fascinated by the common ones like green.
BUT WE CAN ALWAYS BE DOING MORE. Put me in charge of a Star Wars series and YOU BET I’m adding more yellow AND TURQUOISE.
