Who knows how did the Orca die- Probably not something so sudden- as he did have the time to write something, probably in a moment of confusion and regret, however- it was clearly directed towards the wolf, and in some way, it managed to reach her hands.
Upon her opening it, she could see the not-so-familiar handwriting the Orca had- a little messy, yet still clear enough, understandable for someone that strolled more than he wrote.
Wolf, this might be quite sudden from me, as you barely hear any word from me that is not a disgusting threat or so, however, knowing that I am in my last moments made me realize a couple of things, and so, I decided to write this.
First of all, I apologize, I know this won’t fix any harm I have done to you or the rest, however, I assume that it is good to apologize for a terrible behavior, even when I am almost dead, don’t you think so? In any case, you should be glad, as I won’t be around anymore to harm you, nor Rocma- or Yukisada.
You are a good person, in any case, you have tried to approach me and be relatively nice to me even with how I act around you, and I have to thank you for that, as confused as I was when you did so, it was still quite nice.
Please, tell everyone that I simply went on another stroll, if they ever ask you, that is, I don’t want Nagi to know about how I ended up, nor Rocma to think that I am a weakling, just… Give them that relief, I suppose.
You take care of yourself, too, it will be easier without me around, as I doubt that Nagi will try to attack you.
Goodbye, Shirogane, it was nice bullying you when I could.
And so the letter ends, the writing becoming more shaky as the letter progressed, but still with an effort of keeping it clear enough.
