She's starting her freshman year of college after being homeschooled for the last eight years due to behavioral issues. Helena thinks that her scar defines her, the crowd she gravitates, and the people who want her. But the dark past she tries to forget finds her and demands revenge. It was so long ago, everyone thought it was dust in the wind. Old faces resurface and new faces aren't who they seem to be.
I started writing this story while I was in high school and the first draft was very cringey and so now, seven years later, I’m rewriting it.
