Anyone who knew Travis understood that he wasn’t the type to get involved in community. The only reason why he was nominated to be a bachelor for the auction was as a prank, pulled off by his sister. According to her, he needed to get out more and meet new people. As he sat in the large room, watching people bid on a date, Travis continued to agonize over the thought of who he would have to go out with. Thankfully, when the bidding closed, a familiar name had been the one to win him over. Travis walked to to Scarlett with a smile and a shrug of his shoulders. “Congratulations Montgomery, you won yourself a date with the least romantic guy in Wilmington. I’ll have you know that you have to buy me dinner before we sleep together.” He spoke in a teasing tone as a smirk graced his features.
